Resorufin-ß-D-glucuronic acid methyl ester is a new chromogenic and fluorogenic beta-glucuronidase substrate.Develops a strong pink colour and red fluoresence in the presence of E.Coli beta-glucuronidase. It is more sensitive than the more commonly used MUG.
