Cyclosporin A
Cyclosporine (Marketed by Novartis under the names Sandimmune, Gengraf and Neoral, is an immunosuppressant drug widely used in organ transplantation to prevent rejection. It inhibits normal immune responses (cellular and humoral) by inhibiting interleukin-2, a factor necessary for initiation of T-cell activity.
