Amastatin Hydrochloride Hydrate
It inhibits cytosolic leucine aminopeptidase, microsomal aminopeptidase M and bacterial leucine aminopeptidase. It is less effective against aminopeptidase A, the enzyme that converts angiotensin II to angiotensin III. Potentiates the CNS effects of vasopressin and oxytocin in vivo.
